“I'm working away from home and bought a used bike with a flat tyre. Googled bike shops near me and the usual halfords etc came up and then I saw Cycle Hub Ltd. I gave them a call and I explained I'd been on nights and couldn't hang about as needed my beauty sleep. They said pop down which I did and they repaired my bike while I waited for what I thought was a good fair price. I'm cheeky so I also got some knowledge and adjustment to my bike from the guys which I'm really grateful for as I know very little about suspension stuff and admit to being a rusty rider.. Had a pot-hole / tubeless tyre incident yesterday. Tyre shredded, but a stunning day for riding beckoned. Nick was able to sell me a tyre and set it up TL - despite being actually shut due to staff covid. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Chapeau Cycle Hub 👍 Great local bike shop, and good guys…

Took my bike in for a gear & general service and the guys could not have been more accommodating, despite me asking very last minute! Got it in the same day as I enquired and their communication was second to none throughout the whole time it was with them. Got the bike back and took it for a quick ride today and it might as well be a brand new bike! The guys were friendly, approachable, informal and explained things in an easy-to-understand manner. Been to visit the lads at Chester cycle hub a few times now and each time they have sorted my issues no problem . Recently had my brakes bled by them . Would highly recommend these lads they know there stuff and always very helpful .
